Customer Service Representative | Hallensteins and Glassons Head Office

Bring your customer service energy to an iconic NZ fashion group! We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service star to join our Hallensteins | Glassons Head Office team.

 

This role is 20 hours per week, worked across 5 days, with a consistent 4-hour shift each day. Your daily shift can fall anywhere between 9am and 6pm, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours.

You’ll handle customer queries across phone, email, socials and beyond, solving problems, creating great experiences, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
