The stores we are hiring for in Christchurch include: Cashel Street (CBD), Riccarton, DressSmart Hornby, Northlands and Shirley.

We are looking to host Group Recruitment Evenings on the 14th & 15th October, so if you're successful to this stage, you will hear from us before then!

If you’re unable to attend your invited Recruitment Evening, unfortunately we won’t be able to reschedule. However, if you’re currently based in another city due to university or study, please let us know — we may be able to book you into a Recruitment Evening at your nearest location. This will depend on dates and whether we’re still recruiting for your preferred store.

Please note, this option is only available for those currently based elsewhere for study and does not apply if you’re away on holiday.

The Role:

From Nov 2026 - Jan 11th 2027, you'll bring energy, style, and great customer vibes to our busy Christchurch stores. You'll be helping shoppers find their perfect looks, keeping the store fresh and stylish, and making every interaction fun and memorable.

This is a part-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 4 hours per week, plus plenty of opportunities to pick up extra shifts across all Christchurch stores.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for fashion + customer service
• Team player with great communication skills
• Retail experience a bonus (but not essential)
• Full availability during blackout period: 16 Nov 2026 - 10 Jan 2027 (including weekends & public holidays)

Due to conflict-of-interest requirements, you cannot be employed by another retailer during this period.
